Introduction
This 25-day Change Management Executive Diploma develops the knowledge and practical skills required to successfully plan, lead and sustain organizational change initiatives.
The program introduces participants to the foundations of change management, practical tools and frameworks, people-focused change strategies and methods for assessing organizational readiness. Through practical examples, case studies and applied exercises, participants will learn how to manage change effectively, reduce resistance and improve adoption across organizations.
The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the concepts, tools and approaches learned throughout the diploma to analyze a real organizational change challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.
